We are delighted with the outcome of this project, which provides Napier City with first class office facilities and stunning views across the Hawke’s Bay seascape.

Most of the heritage-protected 80 year old Paxie’s Building in Napier was retained in the creation of a pedestrian mall linking central city shopping with Marine Parade.

This project was completed in late July 2015.

Our tenants The Department of Corrections took up occupation in August 2015 and are enjoying their new premises.

The construction of fresh new offices for national company FMG has now been completed.

Summary Turners Auctions have now relocated to new premises within their existing address. This process has involved geotechnical soil testing and seismic strengthening to ensure their new premises are up to today’s building code.
