Business entrepreneurs had a vision for a combined business opportunity Harvest Deli in the front and Teresa Cocktail in the rear of our art-deco retail space.  Previously a clothing retail space, the development included gutting the internal area, earthquake strengthening and transformation into this fine hospitality space.
