Wallace Development has successfully partnered with local Manawatu iwi through a joint venture with the Rangitāne o Manawatū Investment Trust.

The partnership provides for the investment, development and continued ownership and property management of the recently completed Quest Apartment Hotel in Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North.
