This redevelopment saw the previous large retail Hannahs store split into two smaller separate retail spaces for retailers One NZ and Rembrandt, with a new shopfront, entry and interior shell for each space.  Works retained the beautiful art deco pressed tin under verandah ceilings across both units.

One NZ completed their new store fit-out design with the new One NZ retail branding in the left hand space.
