Wallace Development Company worked closely with Kmart ‘s property team to bring the development of the Napier store to fruition.

The prominent site opposite Mitre 10 Mega on Prebensen Drive in Napier is the ideal location for Kmart’s customer base.  But it also meant that an important part of our process in securing the development for Kmart was working with the local council traffic engineers to design a roading plan to ensure a smooth and safe flow of traffic.

The 5,351m2 Kmart store is complemented with the second stage of development including a Torpedo7, Soho Cafe & Bar and St Pierre’s Sushi with 231 carparking spaces completing the complex.
