Iconic buildings Dalton House and Vautier House stand in the heart of Napier city’s Civic Precinct.  Plans are underway to transform both buildings to create modern, functional, attractive office spaces.

The buildings will be enhanced to include a number of key sustainable components such as solar power, EV chargers and end of trip facilities.
