The Inland Revenue Department chose our new development at 202-204 Hastings Street for their new offices in Napier. They took over the space on levels 1 and 2. Wallace Development Company worked closely with them to adapt the existing structure and enable implementation their specific requirements within their internal fitout.
After significant interest in our flagship Tech Collective we have decided to open another, this time on the other side of town. With high ceilings and polished concrete floor, this space is great for those who need a flexible working environment.
What was once an old wool-store is now a spacious communal work hub in the middle of the thriving Ahuriri commercial district. This is our flagship Tech Collective, offering a contemporary collaborative space with hot desks and offices available on both long and short-term lease. The in house Café, Adoro also offers an informal location to meet with clients
Most of the heritage-protected 80 year old Paxie’s Building in Napier was retained in the creation of a pedestrian mall linking central city shopping with Marine Parade.
We are delighted with the outcome of this project, which provides Napier City with first class office facilities and stunning views across the Hawke’s Bay seascape.
This project was completed in late July 2015.
Our tenants The Department of Corrections took up occupation in August 2015 and are enjoying their new premises.
The construction of fresh new offices for national company FMG has now been completed.
